All the medicines in your list are proprietary products, aren’t they?

The medicines in our product range are generic products.

What does “generic” mean? What is the difference between generic and proprietary (brand name) medications?

Actually they are both intended to produce the same effect. Generic products are manufactured by the companies, which, for some reason, cannot get a patent for some chemical, so, for legal considerations they can manufacture only the products called generic. Generic medications are called by the name of an active agent, and proprietary medications have brand names. These two types of medications may differ in pharmaceutical form and presentation, and, naturally, in name. Active ingredients are identical both for generic and brand name medicines. Using generic medication, you pay less, yet having the same result from brand-name products. Nevertheless, prior to make your choice you have to consult your physician.

Generic medications are cheaper; does it mean that they are of lower quality?

Generic manufacturers can afford selling cheaper products because they do not need to pay for FDA approval which constitutes the major part of the price. Besides, original manufacturers pay for researches, clinical trials, advertising and marketing. Therefore, buying generic products you pay only for clinical effect, not for manufacturer’s extra cost. In this case the price does not determine quality.

The medicines also differ in name, shape and color from the proprietary products. Why cannot they produce similar medicines to avoid confusion?

In different countries new medication developers have to patent the medication, presentation and method of application; these features constitute intellectual property of a manufacturer. Therefore, the name and form of a generic medication you buy cannot be the same as that of a brand name medicine which is under patent protection.

How do you estimate the quality of your generic drugs?

Being manufactures we are particularly interested in quality of our products. There is a wide range of competing manufacturers, and we try to beat the competition by providing high quality. The quality is provided by thorough selection of suppliers. The production facilities are situated in India, and only FDA-certified state-licensed companies are admitted to cooperate with us.

What is the storage life of such medicines?

Normally, each package contains information about manufacture and expiry date of each medicine. It is impossible to specify some definite common storage period for all the medicines, it varies from batch to batch. Anyway, you can easily find this information of the blister.

Why is there different dosage strength, for instance, 50mg and 100mg Viagra pills?

Dosage strength is the proportion of active drug substance. The active substance (ingredient) in Viagra is Sildenafil. A 50mg pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil, and 100mg pill contains 100mg of Sildenafil. The higher the dosage strength the higher is the content of Sildenafil. Normally, one 50mg pill, containing 50mg of Sildenafil, is enough for one intake. However, we recommend you to start with a lower dosage, i.e. take a half of a pill (25mg). If it has no effect, take a 50 mg pill.

Ordering

Are your medications available on prescription only?

There are medicines available only on prescription, and in this case we ask our customers to submit it within three days. We also pay special attention to the fact that the prescription should be valid, otherwise such order will not be considered.

Even if we do not require prescription for some medicine, you should inform your doctor that you are going to buy some generic medicine.

How can I place an order?

Our medicines are ordered only on our website.

The products are ordered following step-by-step information on our site.

Start with pressing the button “Buy now” and follow the step-by step recommendations, consequently filling in the name of medicines and the amount required. Upon completion you will have to check your e-mail. In case the order is accepted you will receive a confirmation message. If you do not receive a confirmation letter please let us know, and we will resend the letter. If you do not receive a confirmation letter it means that the order process was interrupted. So, do not hesitate to contact us in case you do not receive the confirmation!

How shall I pay for my order?

When will my order be processed?

Your order information is processed immediately after you submit your order. The system verifies your data, charges your credit card, and our team starts processing your order.

How do you provide security of using my card information for payment for your medicines?

Security of our customers is our primary concern. First of all, reliability of our servers is controlled by professional companies providing site safety evaluation. So, in case of finding any loophole in our security system we are immediately informed and the problem is eliminated.

On the order level, security is provided as follows: your order is redirected to a secure order page, where you data are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer before transferring. Security of using such order page is proven by an icon in the form of a padlock.

Do you provide any discounts to your customers?

Delivery

Can I have the medicines delivered to my country?

You certainly can. There are very few countries in Asia we do not work with. For any other countries delivery is possible.

Where do you dispatch medicines from?

We dispatch medicines from India, since our production facilities are situated there.

What form of packages do you use? Does a recipient have to sign for the medicines delivered?

No, you don’t. If your order is delivered by Standard Mail it is placed in your mail box by a postman, and all you have to do is to pick it up. The medicines will be packed in envelopes to provide secrecy of your order, so possibility that the content of your order is occasionally seen by a third person is excluded.

How long does the order processing last?

Processing period, from the moment of submitting your order to the package dispatch is a day or two. We need this time, first of all, to check the shipping information and to pack the products which are available in stock.

Which service do you use for shipping? How long does it take?

Normally orders are delivered by Express International Mail, but it will not be possible is you specify a mail forwarding address, for example, general delivery, PO box, hotel or office, or  incorrect contact telephone number.

Shipping period depends upon destination, rules of customs inspection which vary from country to country, and the period when delivery takes place. Normally, on holidays such as Christmas or New Year, this period may be a little bit longer because of the world-wide holidays. Force majeure events are also a factor which may significantly affect delivery terms.

Anyway our company shall not guarantee exact delivery terms, we just can inform your approximate date of delivery.

What is the price of delivery?

There are many factors which affect shipping rates. Among them are the destination area, type of shipping, package weight etc. Anyway, delivery price will be informed to you in the process of submitting the order.

Is there any possibility of the delivery delay due to the customs performance?

Such situation may occur but very seldom. Normally we try and help our customers to resolve the problem as soon as we are informed about such events. Anyway, if customs officers decide to examine your parcel they will first call you and inform about their intention asking permission to open the parcel.

What shall I do if I reveal package damage or incomplete delivery?

If you reveal a damaged package or incomplete delivery do not hesitate to contact us. Our manager will check the order and suggest some corrective option. If the problem occurred due to our fault, we will either resend the order or compensate your expenses. Please be informed that in case of ordering 90 pills or more, the order will be splitted into several packages.

What are the rates for reshipment of products?

No fee is charged for reshipment.

Is it possible to track an order?

Yes, it is. To track your order you may contact our manager, or, alternatively, you can track it yourself using the tracking number submitted during ordering.

Is it possible to cancel an order?
